Dave Ockun was born in Syosset, NY, and first moved to Los Angeles almost 10 years ago.  

Dave has had a love and interest in real estate for as long back as he can think.   Having family, who are also Realtors® in two other primary markets (New York and Florida) shows that Real Estate does run in his family. Dave utilizes the latest technologies, market research, and both marketing and business strategies to meet your expectations. Dave has very solid negotiating skills, and is a strong team player.   Honest, polite, respectable, understanding, hard-working, and dedicated are a few words to describe this man.

Dave has worked for some of the biggest names in music, in many different capacities including Tour and Production Management.   Dave was a Promoter Representative in Los Angeles for Live Nation (formerly Clear Channel Entertainment) running local production for some of the biggest names in music on some of the largest concerts in Southern California! Dave is very well known and respected by some of the largest names in the business. "It's not who you know (especially in LA), but who know's you". With his background in the industry, Dave specializes in working with celebrity and entertainment industry clientele.

In 2008 Dave achieved another milestone by launching a bunch of top area websites including: AboutHollywood.com, AboutMalibu.com,AboutWestwood.com, AboutWeHo.com. The sites were built for those who live, work and/or visit those communities and are made to be a top resource.

         
Dave is also actively involved in volunteer/philanthropy work, and enjoys attending sporting events, going to nightclubs, fine-dining, kayaking, jogging and going to concerts.
